FOLLOW THESE EASY STEPS TO START YOUR PRACTICE AT MIND AND SPIRIT YOGA

STEP 1 - Pick a class on the schedule that is marked with an asterisk *. All are suitable for the beginning student.
STEP 2 - Come in to the studio 15 minutes before the class you have chosen.
For your first class arrive at least 15 minutes ahead of time. Sign in and inform the instructor of any injuries or medical conditions. Wear comfortable clothes that allow movement. Leave your shoes and socks in specified area, as yoga is done barefoot. Eat lightly or not at all, since it's best to practice on an empty stomach. Although we will provide you with a loaner mat for your first class we recommend you consider purchasing your own mat for hygienic reasons.
